Parking
We are located inside Karrinyup Shopping Centre next to the glass door entrance at the end of L1 Pink car park and you can park anywhere for free. Free reserved parking is available for the purpose of attending the Medical Centre only. Look for Metta Medical Signage on L1(Pink).

With over 20 years of experience, Dr Toor expertise ranges from mental health, Men’s health, aged care, Child health, chronic disease management including heart disease, Diabetes, COPD/Asthma, Sexual Health to weight management, providing a holistic service that puts the patient’s needs first. Dr Toor believes that personalized care ensures that every patient feels heard and valued.
Dr Raj Toor speaks multiple languages including English, Hindi, Urdu, Kannada, Punjabi and brings a multi-faceted approach to general practice.
Fees
All patients new to Dr. Toor are privately billed. Children are bulk billed and concession card holders are eligible for reduced fee schedule.

Our Policies
Metta Medical is a GP owned family practice, boasting providers with extensive experience, with a strong focus on customer service. Onsite Pathology Services and Pharmacies are available at the premises.

- Metta Medical Centre is a private billing practice. The service providers supported by Metta Medical Centre will charge a fee for service. Payment is required on the day of the consultation.
- Fees may be charged by service providers according to the consulting provider and appointment content. Payment to the service provider is required at the time of your consultation.
- Your Medicare rebate at the time of payment will be processed on the spot or processed it through Medicare automatically into your nominated bank account within 48 hours. Please register your nominated bank account with Medicare directly.
- You will require a current and valid Medicare card to claim a rebate. A full payment is required without a Medicare card before the consultation.
