Tara Williams is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over 20 years in private practice, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions across all age groups – from children to older adults.

Known for her caring and holistic approach, Tara combines hands-on
treatment with tailored exercise programs to help her patients achieve the best possible outcomes. She is passionate about working collaboratively with doctors and other allied health professionals to ensure her patients receive the most comprehensive care.

Tara has a special interest in educating patients about the underlying causes of their injuries and how to prevent them from recurring. She believes in empowering each person with a clear diagnosis, a practical treatment plan and realistic recovery goals – helping you return to what you love, sooner.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Tara is a qualified Pilates instructor and integrates Pilates-based rehabilitation into her treatments to support strength, flexibility, and long-term recovery.

Fees

  • Standard: $95
  • Initial: $105 (This fee applies to all new issues or if patient has not been in for the last 6 months.)
  • Physio Exercise Rehab 60 mins for max 1:3 = $75 per person

All appointments booked will be privately billed. Medicare benefit of $60.35 is claimable with a GP care plan.
