I am a Registered Psychologist offering individual therapy across a broad range of presenting concerns. I have a particular interest in working with ADHD, particularly the complexities that can arise when ADHD is diagnosed in adulthood, including emotional dysregulation, identity, relationships and the impact of years of feeling misunderstood or unsupported. As ADHD is often misdiagnosed or exists alongside other difficulties, I am also passionate about supporting individuals with depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder (BPD), complex trauma as well as issues surrounding emotional dysregulation and women’s health.

I am motivated to work collaboratively with clients to improve functioning and overall quality of life. I will work with you in developing a deeper understanding of the underlying processes that drive the challenges you face and reinforcing positive behavioural changes. My approach is flexible and collaborative, shaped by your goals, needs, and what feels most helpful for you. Depending on what you bring to therapy, we might draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

As well as individual therapy, I also offer adult ADHD assessments, as well as individual and group supervision for both registered and provisional psychologists. I am a Psychology Board of Australia Approved Supervisor and am accredited in Schema Therapy, which I incorporate into my clinical practice. I am passionate about supporting psychologists in their ongoing professional development and clinical practice, while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that promotes high-quality client care.

Please note: ADHD medical diagnosis and prescribing are managed by a psychiatrist, not by our GPs. Metta Medical does not have a GP with specialist ADHD assessment training. Our doctors can provide ongoing ADHD treatment and management in collaboration with a psychiatrist, and this requires a referral letter from the treating specialist.
